Our farm is owned and operated by Julian, a Colombian electrical engineer passionate about renewable energy and Krysia, a Polish paleontologist and self-diagnosed "horse girl." Long story short: the way we were doing things wasn't working for us, so we decided to try something else and dubbed 2022 the Year We Would Believe In Ourselves (because we are that cheesy). We fixed up our fixer-upper, sold it, and moved to western New York to plant a garden.
