Five Acres and an Invitation
We have five acres in Frankfort that are slowly becoming a food forest. Right now: fruit trees coming in, raised beds being built, mushroom experiments, native plantings, rainwater collection, what I like to call, "The Battle of the Parsnip", and a lot of trial and error. My family has refugee background, so food security and community connection aren't abstract—they're personal.
